United In Treaty Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests while maintaining the integrity of our event planning process. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Deadline: Guests must submit cancellation requests at least 14 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Approved refunds will be issued excluding a 5% administrative fee and any applicable service fees. 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. 

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

By  submitting this registration form: 

I grant Inspire Group of Companies Ltd. my permission and the right to film, record and photograph me.

I grant Inspire Group of Companies Ltd. permission to use their photographs and videos in the Companies publications both in print and in digital forms including the Companies websites, newsletters, emails, social media posts, videos, brochures, and advertisements,

I grant any third party permission to use said photography and videography (Including any agency, client, publication, or other organization or institution) in whole or in part, in all forms and media, for distributions to the general public and promotion of Inspire Group of Companies Ltd.

In giving this consent, the party releases the company and all third parties from liability for any violation of any personal or propriety right the party may have in connection to any sale, reproduction, or use of said photographs and videos.

I represent and warrant to Inspire Group of Companies Ltd. that I'm at least eighteen (18) years of age and I have full right, power and authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights granted hereunder or; 

I represent and warrant that I'm a parent or legal guardian of the above named minor. I acknowledge that I am legally competent to understand the legal implications of this Release and that I have read all of it's provisions.
